'GestiÛn
MarĖtima del Sudoeste' (Sudoeste Maritime Management) is born with
the aim of being the first Advice Agency specialised in maritime
affairs, resulting the natural complement to both our School of
Navigation and Yacht Hiring Department.
The
parent company, 'Gabinete MarĖtimo Mercantil S.L.' (Mercantile Maritime
Office, Limited), specialised in Maritime Law, felt the necessity
of filling the gap regarding the pleasure sailing field. Thus, it
powered and gave autonomy to the technical aspects it was originally
founded with.
Our
aim is to provide our customers with a global
service regarding the complex and unknown maritime sector in
general and pleasure navigation in particular. Due to this reason,
a team of professionals will advice you
when having any problem related to your ship (documents to present
to the Harbour Master's Office, reports and surveys, underwater
and docking examination, sanctions, etc.)
By
means of the legal company 'GMM
- Abogados' (GMM - Advocates), we offer our customers every
type of legal services comprising every kind of legal advice and
defence regarding any national or international request. We guarantee
the best possible legal assistance to our customers.
Furthermore,
we are naval security agents and surveyors for the Panamanian Bureau
of Shipping (Republic of Panama) and for the
Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry (Republic of
Liberia) regarding the south of the Iberian Peninsula (Portugal
and Spain). Both entities manage the Register of Ships in their
respective countries.
Our
team of maritime consultants (Lawyers, Economists, Managers, and
Merchant Navy Officers) are specialised in the design and starting
of Business Projects.
Do not hesitate to ask us.
